This regular notice to the Okanagan campus community on governance at UBC Okanagan provides updates on upcoming meetings of the Okanagan Senate and the Board of Governors and links to materials as necessary.
UBC operates under a bicameral governance structure in which the Board of Governors is responsible for administrative and fiscal matters and Senate is responsible for academic matters.
The next meeting of the Board of Governors will be held on February 12, 2019 at UBC’s Vancouver campus. The open session will be broadcast via livestream. Agenda and meeting materials will be posted here.

The Okanagan Senate
The next meeting of the Okanagan Senate will be held tomorrow, January 31, 2019, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in SCI 337. The agenda, available here, includes a report from the Provost on 2018-2019 enrolment.
All are welcome to attend Senate meetings, except when confidential matters are being discussed.
