Students presented degrees, top awards during two days of ceremonies

This week UBC Okanagan celebrates its students as it hosts six separate graduation ceremonies over two days.

More than 1,725 students will cross the stage, earning their undergraduate degrees while 215 students will receive their master's degrees and 40 their doctorates.

FASmail upgrades this summer

Are you frustrated with FASmail?

The UBC IT Okanagan team is upgrading the FASmail email service for all faculty and staff.

The upgrade will enhance user experience with improvements in server and storage technologies and new functionalities. And users don't need to do anything for this upgrade to happen.

UBC Okanagan has begun the process of phasing in gender-neutral washrooms in every major building across campus. The installation of the first multi-stall gender-neutral washroom began this spring in The Commons.

The Sunshine Cafe will be closed for renovations from June 10 to 30

During this time Comma, located in The Commons, will be open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., as well as Saturdays and Sundays, 8 to 11 a.m.

For anyone that has booked an event in the Sunroom, it will still be open and accessible.

Finance will host three open lab sessions to allow respondents an opportunity to ask questions, or enter their data into the UniForum system called UFAST.
