This year UBC and United Way are coming together to unlock potential, giving people in the local communities the support they need to succeed.
The UBC Okanagan United Way campaign kicks-off October 31, with the goal to raise $45,000. All UBC Okanagan faculty and staff are encouraged to help to make a difference to the future of those in our community through the 2018 campaign.
Thrive Week is aimed at promoting mental health literacy through the Thrive 5+ (moving regularly, sleeping soundly, eating to feel nourished, helping others, and connecting socially + other ways to thrive).
